The archive here shows some work from the period 1990 to about 2000. During this period exhibited widely and had a number of solo shows both abroad at home - examples being Ujazdowski Castle Centre for Contemporary Art in Warsaw, Transmission Gallery in Glasgow, Arc Collective in Calgary, Museum of Contemporary art in Bulawayo and with Marguerite Oestreicher in New Orleans. I was never a commercial success, but I enjoyed working and in some instances living in different countries. 

As for many artists, the advent of family, and consequent responsibilities introduced, required that I change my creative practice. I began working as a designer - as I still am. However a period of about ten years ensued, from about 2000 to 2010 during which I made little, if any artwork. While there is an obvious continuum in the nature of the work and enquiy between this earlier period and now, the hiatus brought about a change in emphasis, where exhibiting ceased to be a focus and the work practice became simply a deeply necessesary activity.
